お客様のご依頼に基づき、日本国内の飲食店・旅館等へ電話をかけ、お客様に代わって予約を申し込む予約代行サービスです。電話はAI音声エージェントまたは当方担当者が行います。結果は英語のメールでお知らせします。
We phone a restaurant or ryokan in Japan and request the reservation you asked for, on your behalf. The call is made by our AI voice agent or by a person. We email you the result in English.- 販売価格Price
予約1件の成立につき 980円（お支払い総額）。予約が成立しなかった場合（満席、お断り、不通など）は料金はかかりません。
¥980 per confirmed reservation, the total you pay. No charge if the venue cannot book you (fully booked, declined, no answer).- 商品代金以外の必要料金Other charges
当方へのお支払いは上記料金のみです。決済手数料はかかりません。
飲食代・宿泊代、店舗が定める予約金・サービス料・キャンセル料などは、お客様が店舗へ直接お支払いください。当サイトの閲覧やメール受信に必要な通信料はお客様のご負担となります。
Nothing else is paid to us. Meals, rooms, and any deposit, service charge or cancellation fee set by the venue are paid by you directly to the venue. Your own internet charges are yours.- 支払方法Payment method
クレジットカードのみ（Stripe社の決済画面を利用）。Visa、Mastercard など、決済画面に表示されるブランドをご利用いただけます。カード情報は当方には送信されず、Stripe社が処理します。

予約成立後、予約確定メールに記載の決済リンクからお支払いください。予約のご依頼時にはお支払いもカード登録も不要です。決済リンクの有効期限は発行から24時間です（期限切れの場合は再発行いたします）。カードへの請求は決済完了時に行われます。
お支払い期限：予約確定メールの送信から7日以内
After the reservation is confirmed, through the payment link in your confirmation email. Nothing is paid and no card is taken when you send a request. A payment link is valid for 24 hours; we send a new one if it expires. Your card is charged when you complete checkout. Please pay within 7 days of the confirmation email.- 役務の提供時期When the service is provided
ご依頼の受付後、原則として24時間以内に店舗へ電話をかけ、結果をメールでお知らせします。店舗の電話受付時間（日本時間）によっては、お知らせが遅れる場合があります。
We aim to call the venue and email you the result within 24 hours of your request. The venue’s phone hours (Japan time) can delay this.- 申込みの撤回・キャンセルCancellation and refunds
予約成立前：料金は発生しません。メールでご連絡いただければ、いつでもご依頼を取り消せます。
予約成立後：本料金は、店舗への電話により予約を成立させた役務の対価です。お支払い後の返金はいたしません。役務の性質上、法定の返品制度（特定商取引法第15条の3）の対象外です。
予約の取消し・変更はメールでご依頼ください。当方から店舗へ連絡します。取消しの連絡は無料。日時等の変更は新たなご依頼として扱い、新しい予約が成立した場合に980円を申し受けます。店舗が定めるキャンセル料はお客様のご負担となります。
Nothing is charged until the venue confirms your booking; before that you can cancel your request by email at any time. The fee pays for the completed booking call and is not refunded once paid. To cancel or change a reservation, email us and we contact the venue: cancelling is free, and a change is a new request, charged ¥980 only if the new booking is made. Any cancellation fee the venue charges is yours to pay.- 動作環境Operating environment
