1Who we are

Moshi Moshi is run by AMILKANTHAWAR VIVEK SHANKARRAO, a sole proprietor in Japan. We handle your personal information under Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI). Contact: contact@moshimoshi.bot. Our address is given without delay on request.

2What we collect

• Your booking request: name, email, phone number (optional), the venue, preferred and backup dates, time, party size, and any notes you add.
• Health-related notes: if you tell us about allergies or dietary needs, we collect them only because you gave them to us, and use them only to pass on to the venue.
• Sent with the form automatically: the page address you sent it from (including ad campaign tags such as utm_campaign) and your browser’s user-agent string.
• Payment: Stripe gives us the payment status, amount, and Stripe session and payment IDs. Card details stay with Stripe.
• Booking calls: the call to the venue is recorded and transcribed. The recording contains the details we give the venue and what the venue tells us.
• Feedback you send us (a rating and a comment), and emails you write to us.
• Site usage: page-view counts (Vercel Web Analytics, no cookies) and Google Ads cookies, which record that a visit came from an ad and whether a booking request followed.

3What we use it for

• To call the venue and request the reservation you asked for.
• To email you the result, the payment link and any follow-up about the booking.
• To take payment, issue refunds and keep accounting records.
• To answer your questions and handle cancellations or changes.
• To check and improve the quality of our calls and the service.
• To measure which ads and pages bring requests.
• To prevent fraud and misuse, and to meet legal obligations.

4What the venue receives

To make the reservation we give the restaurant or ryokan your name, your phone number, the date, time and party size, and the requests you asked us to pass on (for example allergies). By sending a booking request you agree to this. We share nothing else with venues, and we do not sell personal information.

Apart from venues and the service providers below, we give your information to others only where the law requires or allows it (for example, a lawful request from the authorities).

5Service providers and transfers outside Japan

We use these providers to run the service. They handle your data on our behalf and are located outside Japan:

VercelUnited States

Hosts the website and its server code; Vercel Web Analytics (page-view counts, no cookies).

SupabaseUnited States (company)

Our database provider: stores booking requests, payment status and feedback. Data may be stored on servers outside Japan.

ResendUnited States

Sends our emails: request notifications, confirmations with payment links, feedback requests.

StripeUnited States

Card payments. You enter card details on Stripe's page; we never see the full card number.

Google (Google Ads tag)United States

Measures whether our ads lead to booking requests (gtag.js, uses cookies).

ElevenLabsUnited States

AI voice agent platform for booking calls: speech recognition, voice synthesis, call transcripts and call summaries. Call audio and transcripts are processed by ElevenLabs. ElevenLabs uses AI models, including Anthropic's Claude.

Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES)United States (company); servers in Japan

Receives email sent to our contact address (Tokyo region). The operator reads these emails, and booking-request notifications, in the operator's own email service.

The United States has no single federal privacy law comparable to APPI; protection comes from sector and state laws. Japan’s Personal Information Protection Commission publishes a summary of the US system: PPC country reports. The providers are outside Japan, in the countries listed above. We rely on each provider’s own data-protection terms. Ask us at contact@moshimoshi.bot for details.

6Cookies and tags

The site loads the Google Ads tag (googletagmanager.com), which sets cookies and sends Google your IP address, browser details, the page you are on and, when you send a request, a conversion event with a request ID. Google’s use of this data is described in How Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can turn off ad personalisation in My Ad Center or block cookies in your browser. Vercel Web Analytics counts page views without cookies.

7How long we keep it

• Booking requests, payment records and feedback: 7 years after the booking, as required for tax records.
• Call recordings and transcripts: we keep them for 90 days after the call. Call audio and transcripts are also processed by ElevenLabs (see section 5).

When we no longer need the data, we delete it or make it anonymous.

8How we protect it

• Only the operator, and anyone helping under the operator’s supervision, can access booking data. The admin area is password-protected.
• The database blocks public access; the site reaches it only from the server.
• All traffic to the site uses HTTPS. Card details are handled only by Stripe.
• Call recordings are kept on the operator’s computer.

9Your rights

You can ask us to disclose, correct, add to, delete or stop using your personal data, to stop giving it to third parties, and to show you the records of what we gave to third parties. Email contact@moshimoshi.bot from the address you used for the booking, so we can confirm it is you. We answer without delay. There is no fee.

本サービス「もしもし（Moshi Moshi）」は、AMILKANTHAWAR VIVEK SHANKARRAO（個人事業主）が運営しています。当方は、個人情報の保護に関する法律（個人情報保護法）その他の法令を遵守して個人情報を取り扱います。お問い合わせ先：contact@moshimoshi.bot。住所はご請求に応じて遅滞なくお知らせします。

2取得する情報

• 予約依頼フォーム：氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号（任意）、希望店舗、希望日・予備日、時間、人数、備考。
• アレルギー・食事制限など健康に関わる情報：お客様ご自身が入力された場合に限り取得し、店舗へ伝える目的にのみ利用します。
• フォーム送信時に自動で送られる情報：送信元ページのURL（広告のキャンペーンパラメータを含む）、ブラウザのユーザーエージェント。
• 決済情報：Stripe社から受け取る支払状況、金額、決済ID。カード情報はStripe社が保持し、当方は取得しません。
• 予約電話：店舗との通話を録音し、文字起こしします。録音には店舗に伝えた内容と店舗からの回答が含まれます。
• フィードバック（評価・コメント）、お客様からのメール。
• サイトの利用状況：Vercel Web Analytics による閲覧数の集計（Cookie不使用）、Google広告のCookie。

3利用目的

• 店舗へ電話をかけ、ご依頼の予約を申し込むため
• 予約結果、決済リンク、予約に関するご連絡をメールでお送りするため
• 料金の決済、返金、会計記録のため
• お問い合わせ、予約の取消し・変更に対応するため
• 通話とサービスの品質を確認・改善するため
• 広告・ページの効果を測定するため
• 不正利用の防止および法令上の義務を果たすため

4第三者提供（予約先の店舗）

予約のため、飲食店・旅館等の予約先へ、お客様の氏名、電話番号、日時、人数、ご依頼の伝達事項（アレルギー等）を提供します。予約依頼の送信をもって、この提供に同意いただいたものとします。店舗にそれ以外の情報は提供せず、個人情報を販売することはありません。

予約先および下記の委託先を除き、法令に基づく場合を除いて、ご本人の同意なく個人情報を第三者に提供しません。

5委託先と外国にある第三者への提供

当方は、次の事業者に個人データの取扱いを委託しています。いずれも日本国外の事業者です。

Vercel米国

ウェブサイトのホスティングとサーバー処理、Vercel Web Analytics（Cookieを使わないアクセス集計）。

Supabase米国（運営会社）

データベース事業者。予約依頼、支払状況、フィードバックを保存します。データは日本国外のサーバーに保存される場合があります。

Resend米国

メール送信（依頼通知、決済リンク付きの予約確定メール、フィードバック依頼）。

Stripe米国

クレジットカード決済。カード情報はStripeの画面で入力され、当方はカード番号を取得しません。

Google (Google Ads tag)米国

広告の効果測定（gtag.js、Cookieを使用）。

ElevenLabs米国

予約電話のAI音声エージェント基盤（音声認識、音声合成、通話の文字起こし・要約）。通話の音声と文字起こしはElevenLabsが処理します。ElevenLabsは、Anthropic社のClaudeを含むAIモデルを利用しています。

Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES)米国（運営会社）、サーバーは日本

お問い合わせ用アドレス宛メールの受信（東京リージョン）。受信したメールと予約依頼の通知は、運営者が利用するメールサービスで確認します。

米国には、日本の個人情報保護法に相当する包括的な連邦法はなく、分野別の法律と州法により保護されています。米国の制度については、個人情報保護委員会が公表している「外国における個人情報の保護に関する制度等の調査」をご参照ください。委託先はいずれも日本国外の事業者で、所在国は上記のとおりです。個人データの保護については、各委託先が定めるデータ保護に関する条件に依拠しています。詳しくはcontact@moshimoshi.bot までお問い合わせください。

6Cookie等による外部送信

当サイトは Google広告のタグ（googletagmanager.com）を読み込みます。このタグはCookieを設定し、IPアドレス、ブラウザ情報、閲覧ページ、予約依頼送信時のコンバージョン（依頼ID）を Google LLC に送信します。Googleによる情報の利用はこちらをご覧ください。広告のパーソナライズはマイアドセンターで無効にでき、Cookieはブラウザの設定で拒否できます。Vercel Web Analytics はCookieを使わずに閲覧数を集計します。

7保存期間

保存期間は次のとおりです。

• 予約依頼・決済記録・フィードバック：税務上の保存義務に従い、予約から7年間
• 通話録音・文字起こし：当方では通話から90日間保存します。通話の音声と文字起こしはElevenLabsでも処理されます（第5項参照）。

不要になった個人データは、削除または匿名化します。

8安全管理措置

• 予約データにアクセスできるのは、運営者および運営者の監督下で業務を手伝う者に限られます。管理画面はパスワードで保護しています。
• データベースは外部から直接アクセスできない設定とし、サーバーからのみ接続します。
• 通信はHTTPSで暗号化しています。カード情報はStripe社のみが取り扱います。
• 通話録音は運営者のコンピューターに保存しています。

9開示等の請求

保有個人データの利用目的の通知、開示、訂正・追加・削除、利用停止・消去、第三者提供の停止、第三者提供記録の開示をご請求いただけます。ご本人確認のため、予約時のメールアドレスからcontact@moshimoshi.bot までご連絡ください。遅滞なく対応します。手数料はいただきません。
