What you're trying to book

Sushi Yoshitake occupies the 9th floor of Brown Place on Ginza's Suzuran-dori. Chef Masahiro Yoshitake held three Michelin stars for many years before Harutaka — the restaurant Yoshitake's former protégé now runs — took the Ginza three-star crown in 2024. Yoshitake holds two stars today; the sushi itself has not changed.

Omakase only: five or six seasonal appetizers followed by roughly twelve pieces of edomae sushi. ¥60,000–80,000 per person. Chef visits Toyosu fish market at 7:30 every morning; the day's menu is built from what he brings back.

How reservations actually work

TABLEALL handles English reservations and is the cleanest path for overseas guests. The restaurant's phone at +81-3-6253-7331 is Japanese only. Because TABLEALL holds a limited English allocation, peak dates sometimes appear phone-only.

Yoshitake's prep times are unusually long — the restaurant opens later than you'd expect from the listed hours, because the chef considers rest days part of the craft.

If you want Moshi Moshi to book it for you

Yoshitake is a clean Moshi Moshi case when TABLEALL is empty. We call in polite Japanese, check for off-platform availability, and confirm in English.

If you want the specific date TABLEALL shows as unavailable, that's usually the moment it's worth phoning.

Common questions about booking Sushi Yoshitake
Does Sushi Yoshitake accept reservations in English?
Not directly — Sushi Yoshitake takes reservations by phone in Japanese. A limited English allocation is available via TABLEALL; once those slots fill, the only path is a Japanese-language phone call. A hotel concierge or an AI-assisted booking service like Moshi Moshi can place the call on your behalf in keigo.
How do I book Sushi Yoshitake from outside Japan?
TABLEALL is the primary channel that accepts international cards and confirms in English. If those allocations are sold out, the only remaining route is a Japanese-language phone call to +81-3-6253-7331 — which a hotel concierge or Moshi Moshi can place for you.
Where is Sushi Yoshitake located?
Sushi Yoshitake is at 9F Brown Place, 7-8-13 Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo, in the Ginza area of Tokyo, Japan.
How far in advance should I book Sushi Yoshitake?
1–3 months in advance is the standard window for top sushi and kaiseki counters. Smaller counters (under ten seats) and chef's-counter spots fill faster — try as soon as your travel dates are fixed. Some platforms (Pocket Concierge, TABLEALL) open allocations 60 days out.
Will I receive the booking confirmation in English?
Sushi Yoshitake typically confirms reservations in Japanese, by phone. If you book through Moshi Moshi, the call is placed in polite Japanese on your behalf and you receive a written confirmation in English with the date, time, party size, address, and any specific instructions from the venue (deposit, cancellation policy, dress code, dietary notes).
