What you're trying to book

Chef Yoshihiro Narisawa calls his cooking innovative satoyama cuisine — satoyama is the Japanese word for the rural landscape where humans and wild nature coexist. Foraged moss and mountain water appear on the plate alongside Wagyu aged in lacquerware.

Two Michelin stars, consistently on Asia's 50 Best (No. 37 in 2026). The dining room is in a modern Minami-Aoyama building; the atmosphere is quiet, the lunch tasting roughly ¥35,000, dinner ¥45,000+. Closed Sunday and Monday.

How reservations actually work

TABLEALL and OMAKASE both handle English bookings with real-time availability two to three months out. The restaurant's phone at +81-3-5785-0799 is also English-friendly — a rare three-star that doesn't hide behind Japanese-only reservation gatekeepers.

Lunch slots tend to be easier than dinner. If you want the bread-from-hot-stones signature course, dinner is required.

If you want Moshi Moshi to book it for you

If TABLEALL and OMAKASE don't show your date, Moshi Moshi can call directly and ask about off-platform availability, chef's counter seats, or alternative slots. We also translate any dietary notes into the Japanese phrasing the kitchen expects.

No charge unless the reservation is confirmed.
