Hoshinoya Tokyo is the Hoshino Resorts group's experiment with bringing a traditional ryokan into the middle of Tokyo. Seventeen floors, 84 rooms, every floor operating as its own self-contained ryokan with a six-room cluster and a shared tatami lounge (ochanoma).
The rooftop has an open-air hot spring — natural hot-spring water drilled from deep beneath Otemachi. Ten minutes' walk from Tokyo Station. In-room kaiseki dinner is the standard Hoshinoya format.
